These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the services offered by LocalMapsReviews, accessible at localmapsreviews.com (hereinafter the "Site"), to any business or consumer customer (hereinafter the "Customer").
The services offered by LocalMapsReviews include in particular the sale of Google reviews for Google Business Profile listings, online reputation management, and supporting businesses in improving their online image (hereinafter the "Services").
These Terms apply to any order placed on the Site, without restriction or reservation. They prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance between the parties.
Placing an order on the Site implies the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance can only be total and without reservation. The Customer declares having read these Terms prior to placing an order.
Simply browsing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. If the Customer does not accept the Terms, they are invited not to use the Site or the Services offered.
LocalMapsReviews reserves the right to refuse any order or request that does not comply with these Terms or that is manifestly abusive.
LocalMapsReviews offers verified and authentic Google review services designed to strengthen the visibility and online reputation of businesses on Google Maps and Google Business Profile. Reviews are published by real, active Google accounts and are written in a natural manner relevant to the Customer's activity.
The Services are offered as plans (packs), the details of which are presented on the Site:

Each review is published with a 5-star rating, unless the Customer specifically requests a mix of ratings to ensure a natural profile. Reviews are accompanied by personalized written comments based on the Customer's activity and sector.
LocalMapsReviews undertakes to provide quality reviews, written in English (or in another language on request), from authentic Google accounts and compliant with the company's quality standards.
The prices of the Services are indicated on the Site in euros (EUR). Indicative plan prices are: Starter €39, Business €99, and Premium €219, plus any applicable taxes. LocalMapsReviews reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the Services will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
Payment of the full price is due at the time of order. No service will start before full payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods:
Payments are processed securely by certified payment providers. LocalMapsReviews does not store the Customer's banking data.
An invoice will be issued and sent to the Customer electronically to the email address provided at the time of order. In the event of late payment, late-payment interest may be applied at the applicable statutory rate, together with a fixed recovery charge, where permitted by law.
The process for ordering the Services on the Site takes place in the following steps:
LocalMapsReviews reserves the right to contact the Customer to obtain additional information needed to properly fulfil the order. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. Any error in the information provided may cause a delay or an inability to fulfil the order, without LocalMapsReviews being held liable.
Review delivery times vary depending on the plan chosen by the Customer and the number of reviews ordered. Indicative timelines are as follows:

Reviews are published gradually and spread over time to ensure a natural appearance and optimize their durability on the Customer's Google listing. LocalMapsReviews undertakes to meet the stated deadlines as far as possible, subject to exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Delivery times run from the effective receipt of full payment and of all information needed to fulfil the order. In the event of a significant delay beyond the stated deadline, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may, where applicable, request cancellation of their order and a refund of the amounts paid.
Where applicable consumer law grants it, a consumer Customer in principle has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Since the Services offered by LocalMapsReviews are digital services whose performance begins as soon as the order is validated and payment is received, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts:
Consequently, no withdrawal request can be accepted once the service has begun. The Customer is informed of this prior to validating their order and gives their express agreement by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
If, exceptionally and in special circumstances, LocalMapsReviews has not yet begun performance of the service, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a request by email to [email protected] within the fourteen (14) day period.
LocalMapsReviews undertakes to provide quality reviews intended to remain on the Customer's Google listing. For each plan, a retention guarantee is offered, the duration of which is indicated in the plan description:
During the guarantee period, if a review is removed by Google for reasons beyond the Customer's control, LocalMapsReviews undertakes to replace the removed review free of charge with a new review, within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the following conditions:
Beyond the guarantee period, LocalMapsReviews cannot be held liable for the possible removal of reviews by Google, as this decision falls under Google's own policies and algorithms.
LocalMapsReviews undertakes to perform the Services with diligence and professionalism, as an obligation of means. LocalMapsReviews cannot be held to an obligation of result regarding the retention of reviews on the Google platform, as the publication and moderation of reviews fall solely under Google's policy.
The liability of LocalMapsReviews is strictly limited to the amount of the corresponding order. Under no circumstances can LocalMapsReviews be held liable for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, profits, customers, data, or any other intangible loss, whatever the cause.
LocalMapsReviews cannot be held liable in the following cases:
The Customer acknowledges having been informed of the risks inherent in Google review services and assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the ordered Services.
All elements making up the Site and the Services, including texts, service descriptions, graphic elements, logos, icons, images, videos, software, databases and source code, are the exclusive property of LocalMapsReviews and are protected by intellectual property law, both nationally and internationally.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of LocalMapsReviews.
The content of the reviews written and published by LocalMapsReviews as part of the service remains the property of LocalMapsReviews until publication on the Customer's Google listing. Once published, the reviews are subject to the terms of use of the Google platform.
In the course of performing the Services and managing the commercial relationship, LocalMapsReviews collects and processes personal data of the Customer. The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.
For detailed information on the collection, processing, use and protection of your personal data, as well as on the exercise of your rights, we invite you to consult our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the contract under the following conditions:
In the event of termination attributable to the Customer after the start of performance of the service, no refund will be made for reviews already published. Reviews remaining to be published may be cancelled and refunded in part, pro rata to the Services not yet performed, at the sole discretion of LocalMapsReviews.
For any complaint relating to the Services provided by LocalMapsReviews, the Customer is invited to contact customer service using the following details:
Any complaint must be made in writing (email) and specify the subject of the complaint, the order number concerned and any supporting documents. LocalMapsReviews undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within forty-eight (48) business hours and to provide the Customer with a response within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from receipt of the complaint.
LocalMapsReviews makes every effort to resolve complaints amicably, quickly and fairly. In the event of a persistent disagreement, the Customer may resort to mediation in accordance with article 14 of these Terms.
Where applicable consumer law provides for it, a consumer Customer has the right to use, free of charge, a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute with LocalMapsReviews.
Before referring the matter to a mediator, the Customer must first have attempted to resolve their dispute directly with LocalMapsReviews through a written complaint, in accordance with the procedures described in article 13 of these Terms.
If this approach fails, or in the absence of a response within thirty (30) days, the Customer may submit the dispute to the competent consumer mediator. The contact details of any applicable consumer mediator will be provided on request at [email protected].
Consumers residing in the European Union may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform set up by the European Commission, accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of translation into one or more foreign languages, only the English text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
Where the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence apply where they are more protective, in accordance with applicable conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights that a consumer has under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
LocalMapsReviews reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in line with legal, regulatory, technical or commercial developments. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Customer places the order.
Any amendment to the Terms will be published on the Site with the date of update. Amendments will have no retroactive effect and will not apply to orders being fulfilled at the time of their publication, unless the amendment results from a legal or regulatory obligation.
The Customer is advised to consult these Terms regularly in order to be aware of any amendments. Continued use of the Site and Services after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of these amendments.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific conditions applicable to a particular service, the specific conditions will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the privacy policy and the legal notice, constitute the entire agreement between LocalMapsReviews and the Customer relating to the use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreement, written or oral, on the same subject.
Severability: if any provision of these Terms is declared void, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Waiver: the fact that LocalMapsReviews does not, at a given moment, rely on any clause of these Terms cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to rely on it later.
Assignment: the Customer may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written agreement of LocalMapsReviews. LocalMapsReviews may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations to a third party, subject to informing the Customer.
